By using GiftWave, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service. Registration and use of the service constitute full acceptance of these terms.

2. Service description

GiftWave is a platform that allows users to create gift lists, share them via link, and let others reserve or confirm the purchase of gifts. The service is provided 'as is' without guarantees of continuous availability.

3. Account and responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your account and the activities that occur through it. It is not permitted to: use the service for illegal purposes, post offensive, defamatory or illegal content, attempt to access other users' accounts, use the service for spam or phishing, or violate third-party intellectual property rights.

4. User content

Content entered in gift lists (names, descriptions, links, images) is the user's responsibility. GiftWave reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms. Product links may contain affiliate parameters automatically added by the service.

5. Suspension and termination

GiftWave reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who violate these terms. Users can request account deletion at any time through the contact page.

6. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law and European Union law. For any dispute, the court of the consumer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with European consumer protection regulations.
